How many employees do you have?

FTE: Four.
Part-time: Four.
Per diem: Five to Fifteen.

Is your team in the US or overseas?

We’re global. We’re from the US, Greece, Indonesia, Denmark, and the Philippines. It’s easier said than done to find this caliber of talent within driving distance of our office. Our overseas team members are family and all-stars at their respective crafts and they are compensated at levels equal to or above their US-based counterparts.

How do you coordinate through all the different time zones?

We have a system, a project manager, and PM software that works great for us. Plus, progress is happening at all hours of the day somewhere in the world.

Where is your office?

We were located at 725 N Hwy A1A Jupiter Florida 33477 until covid. Then we released the space and shifted those expenses into our rebranding operation. That address is still listed as our address online because we are considering moving back there and don’t want to list a home address as our place of business. We will address this ASAP. For the moment, everybody is thrilled with being around their families and highly productive doing WFH.

What have you done THIS year?

A ton! It’s been non-stop action. One thing you’ve got to understand is that we are a strategy firm. We define our own strategy of who/what/when/where/why/how we act and operate publicly.
Part of our rebranding strategy has been to operate in stealth mode for a couple of reasons.

Why are you more expensive than the other companies we talk to?

That’s not always the case because big agencies with more overhead charge higher rates than we do, but when it happens there are a few key reasons why:

We do high-quality work that’s built to last and/or make a serious positive impact.

Our leader and lead strategist is the main point of contact on all accounts. We know our costs. We know our process and how much effort it takes to provide the exciting outcomes companies come to us to experience. We know the value we create.

We plan to be here for our clients year after year after year.
We make a positive impact in the world, for our team, our clients, and our community.

We’re not for everybody. We make a point to attract and work with highly reputable, highly ambitious people and companies. Our clients are winners. They will win with or without us and we know that. But when our powers are combined, we all win bigger.

Most often times when we run up against bids that are less or much less than ours it’s because the other bidders don’t really know their own costs or the complexity of executing a project. We’ve seen so many fly-by-night businesses come and go over the last 15 years. We’ve stood the test of time and are the longest-standing business in our area. We’re not perfect, but we strive for excellence in everything we touch.

We get calls that go like this all the time: “We went with this other company and they messed the whole thing up and now we need to go back and redo it all, can you help us? Do you know how embarrassing that can be, not to mention the opportunity cost of doing things twice? SPEED IS POWER. We help you get it done right the first time, and if for whatever reason we can’t do it, we will tell you that right upfront.

We don’t just talk about having skin in the game. We offer to finance, meaning we get involved in the funding activity of our client’s companies to help them get what they need and soften the upfront costs.

You can’t possibly be good at everything listed on your website. What are your strengths and what are your weaknesses?

We think of our service list as ingredients in a recipe. What we actually deliver are *outcomes*. e.g. increased revenue and profitability, increased exposure, higher perceived value in the eyes of the market, siphoning market share from entrenched competition, etc., etc. The way we get there is different for every business so it’s helpful to have a full inventory of tools and tactics to deploy to make that happen in the most efficient way possible.

Our strengths are strategy, branding, design, development, and digital advertising We can take a business from idea to reality and beyond. We can take a business from one location to a regional one. And we can take a regional business nationwide. We love helping businesses grow and prosper!

Our current weaknesses are photography, videography, and social media but we have working relationships with preferred partners we tap when needed. Once the demand for those roles grows and gets requested more frequently we’ll consider bringing on more help in those areas.
