Terms of Use

Effective date: March 6, 2026

These terms govern use of this website and public Boyd Marketing materials. Operational engagements are governed by separate signed service agreements.

1. Website use scope

These terms apply to your use of this website, public reports, and publicly available framework content. Client service delivery is governed by separate written engagement agreements.

2. Ownership of digital assets

Clients retain 100% ownership of digital assets, including code, domains, content, accounts, and credentials. Boyd Marketing operates with delegated access solely to perform agreed oversight and implementation services.

3. Independent Lead Operator status

Boyd Marketing serves as an Independent Lead Operator. Boyd Marketing is not an employee, legal agent, or general agent of the client. Authority is limited to actions explicitly authorized within the scope of the engagement.

4. Infrastructure risk and platform dependency

Boyd Marketing oversees systems that rely on third-party platforms (including hosting providers, registrars, Google services, and software vendors) but does not own or control those platforms. Client acknowledges and accepts inherent third-party infrastructure risk, including outages, policy changes, service interruptions, and external platform limitations.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boyd Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party platform damages. Oversight reduces risk but cannot eliminate all operational, security, or service continuity events.

6. Changes and updates

Boyd Marketing may update these Terms of Use periodically. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
